I spoke with a recruiter from ICS Merrill about recruiting and where they are looking for qualified candidates. I share some of the conversation and some of the changs in the industry. I disucss job expectations and even the stuff I struggle with. I share a couple of letters written to me over the past couple months that I thought were worth sharing. I explain how to find current job openings at ICS Merrill. It's not as easy to navigate as one would think. Enjoy the episode!

In this episode I discuss a conversation with a recruiter that took place about 2 months ago. I meant to write a huge blog and have a podcast about it right after however I just got side tracked. In this podcast I share some of the things he shared of what he was looking for when hiring investigators. I got on a bit of a rant in regards to a few things as well. Consider it a bonus.
